Course Description

The great catastrophe of the 20th century presents a story of enormous scope. We will tackle it by considering the many conferences among the Allied leaders – FDR, Churchill, Stalin – who fought the Axis, and gain insight into the planning and decision making of leaders. At each stop, we will highlight the main events between the combatants that inform the leaders who make fateful judgments affecting the globe.
