Course Description

Since hitting a peak in 2010, the number of high school graduates attending college has steadily declined. Increasingly students and their families are choosing other pathways for career success and the value of the college experience and degree have come into question. At the same time we can see many colleges around the country either closing or substantially reducing their programmatic offerings. Why has the allure of college changed so dramatically in such a short amount of time and what might a restructured model of higher education in America do to change those trends?
